EU Trade Laws and several WEEE Directive Waste Laws state that it’s generally illegal for printer manufacturers to void a printer’s warranty simply for using printer cartridges that have been recycled or made by a different company.
If the problem the consumer is facing is the direct result of using a third party product the manufacturer is entitled to not repair that specific issue. It is for this reason and your piece of mind that we bolster your manufacturer’s warranty with one of our own.
Irrespective of the age of your equipment, if a case does come to light where it is believed our cartridge has caused a fault or damaged a printer then a qualified printer engineer will be sent from our manufacturers to your premises to diagnose the problem.
If it is confirmed that our product is the cause of the problem then the printer engineer will rectify the problem on site at absolutely no charge to yourself. If the problem is not economically viable to solve then we will replace your printer free of charge although the quality of our product means that we have never had cause to do so.
