Canon MPC190 Waste Ink Tank Counter Reset

The reset procedure below is valid for the Canon MPC190 printer. To see guides for other printers please read the full article here.
- Enter SERVICE MODE by pressing Menu, Copy, Scan, Copy, Copy.
- Select TEST MODE.
- Select 8. PRINTER TEST.
- Select 3. EEPROM CLEAR.
- Select 0. INK COUNT.
- Press the SET button.
- Press the STOP/RESET button and then press the ON/OFF button.

Please note that by following this procedure you are not emptying the tank/pad but simply resetting the counter that estimates how full it is. Please read our full article
