Canon BJ-30, BJC-35v & BJC-70 Waste Ink Tank Counter Reset

The reset procedure below is valid for a variety of Canon printers including BJ-30, BJC-35v & BJC-70. To see guides for other printers please read the full article here.
- Unplug power adapter.
- Hold down POWER button.
- Plug power adapter back in.
- Release POWER after printer starts.
- Hold down FF and MENU and press POWER.
- Release after beeps.
- Press <> or CARTRIDGE until 1A is displayed.
- Press ONLINE button.
- Press POWER to shut-down printer.
- Unplug printer then plug the printer back in again to finalise.

Please note that by following this procedure you are not emptying the tank/pad but simply resetting the counter that estimates how full it is. Please read our full article
