If you are planning on entering one of our Photo competitions on Facebook then please take a moment to read our terms and conditions below:
- Entries will only be accepted from Facebook accounts who post photos directly onto the Refresh Cartridges Facebook page (http://www.facebook.com/RefreshCartridges).
- Photos submitted must be your own work. Any photos found to be the work of another photographer, containing inappropriate content or copyrighted material will be immediately disqualified and removed.
- Unfortunately employees of RefreshCartridges.co.uk and members of their immediate family are not eligible to take part in the competition.
- Entrants must be UK residents.
- No product purchase necessary.
- “Liking” us on Facebook is not necessary but is STRONGLY encouraged.
- Multiple entries will be accepted, but under no circumstances can the same account win more than one of the chosen prize.
- The prize is non-negotiable and a cash alternative will not be offered.
- The competition will close as soon as the criteria is met and late entries will not be accepted.
- The winner will be notified by a comment on the winning photo within one week of the closing of the competition. If a response to the message containing a valid UK delivery address is not received within a further 7 days, a new winner will be selected.
- RefreshCartridges.co.uk reserve the right to publish the names of competition winners on Facebook.
- Only one prize available and the judge’s decision is final.
- By entering, entrants will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
