In order to enter the prize draw LIKE and COMMENT on the competition post at facebook.com/RefreshCartridges by 12:59 on 4th September 2015.
The price is for a white Canon Pixma MG5650 with a full set of original inks included in the box. The prize is non-negotiable, non-transferrable and non-refundable. Refresh Cartridges reserves the right in exceptional circumstances to change the prize to one of equal or better value.
Only one entry per user. Late, incomplete or illegible entries will not be accepted. All entrants must be over the age of 18. The prize draw is open to residents of the UK and ROI with the exception of employees of Refresh Cartridges, their families or anybody connected with the Prize Draw.
Refresh Cartridges reserves the right to (i) cancel Prize Draw (ii) refuse to allow any individual to participate and (iii) amend these terms and conditions (and will use reasonable endeavours to notify changes to entrants and potential entrants).
We will not store your name and address for future promotional purposes however we urge you to like our page for future prize draws.
The winner will be the first entry drawn at random and notified via an announcement on Refresh Cartridges Facebook page no later than 8th September 2015. Refresh Cartridges decision will be final.
The winners must claim the Prize within 7 days of notification that they are the winner. If the winners fail to claim the Prize within this period, Refresh Cartridges reserves the right to award it to an alternative winner.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in the event of a dispute.
