Step 1: Entering service mode manually
- Unplug power and USB cables.
- Open cover and hold power button.
- Re-connect power cable.
- Close cover.
- Release power button.
Step 2 : Permanently Changing the Software
- Hold down the power button and plug the power cord in. This should put the printer into service mode and the power light will now be orange/yellow.
- Keeping the power button held down press the RESUME button 4 times. (The light change everytime you press it.)
- Release both buttons,
- Finally reset the printer.
