Refresh Cartridges are pleased to announce that this year we have been voted the ‘Best Printer Ink Brand’ by readers of Which? Magazine, achieving five out of five stars for each of the following categories:
- Black Text
- Photos
- Value for money
Overall, we achieved a customer score of 85% which placed us as #1 in the of 7,986 printer users.
As a small company this is fantastic news and as both founder and director of Refresh Cartridges I would like to sincerely thank everybody that took the time to put our name forward and vote for us. With so much competition and so many larger companies in the market I am left to put my finger on what exactly it is that differentiates us to the extent we would be recognised in a major independent consumer magazine such as Which?.
The truth is I think that as a team we try to work towards being the kind of company that we ourselves would like to deal with. A company where when you phone you speak to an experienced member of staff who cares about helping and understands the product. A company who is fair, reasonable and ethical and who works to a standard that has resulted in us achieving incredibly positive feedback on practically every independent review platform.
The feedback for our website on Google Reviews is 4.9/5.0, our store feedback on Amazon Marketplace feedback currently stands at 99 percent and our positive feedback on eBay is 99.9%. To the best of my knowledge these serve as the highest rankings out of any company in our industry.
I don’t mean to sound complacent in talking about the above; I know more than anybody that we do encounter problems and that we do need to continue improving but it is humbling to have the efforts that we have been making acknowledged in such a public way.
