Here at Refresh we supply a lot of Dymo Letratag label printers, as such we get asked occasionally how to reset them! This is especially useful if you have had a paper-jam and the paper-jam warning message wont leave the screen!
This is how to reset the printer and remove the message:
- Switch off the Letratag printer
- Remove tape cassette
- Press the following three buttons together and hold. (on/off) (num lock) (0/J)
- The printer will then display an erase message
You can then turn the printer back on and the printer will be reset!
