Are your cartridges complete with chip to allow the Dell printer to recognise new ink cartridge? Are your cartridges guaranteed?
I can confirm that our cartridges are compatible with the stated printers, there's a change that they may show as low or empty (because they are refilled/remanufactured units) however they will still be recognised by the printer and will work. The cartridges are working well. It is however a shame that remanufactured cartridges such as these and those from other suppliers are not recognised by the software in the Dell printer and do not therefore show the amount of ink remaining in the cartridges.
