The Ubiquiti UniFi Pro Max 16 (USW-Pro-Max-16) is a powerful, compact Layer 3 managed switch designed for high-performance networking in environments that do not require Power over Ethernet. This switch introduces Ubiquiti`s innovative Etherlighting technology, which uses customisable RGB LEDs to provide instant visual feedback on port speed, duplex, and VLAN assignment. 

With a mix of twelve standard Gigabit ports and four ultra-fast 2.5 GbE ports, it is specifically built to handle the high-bandwidth requirements of modern devices such as WiFi 7 access points and high-speed workstations.

The USW-Pro-Max-16 is engineered for maximum reliability and silent operation, featuring a fanless cooling system that makes it ideal for office desks or noise-sensitive workspaces. Despite its small footprint, it offers professional-grade switching performance with a 56 Gbps switching capacity and high-capacity 10G SFP+ uplinks for seamless connection to the network core. 

Managed through the UniFi Network application, it provides advanced Layer 3 routing capabilities, including inter-VLAN routing and static routing, allowing for complex network segmentation without the need for a separate external router.
