The TP-Link VIGI 8MP Full-Colour Dome Network Camera (InSight S285 2.8MM) is a professional-grade outdoor surveillance solution designed for comprehensive business protection. This camera delivers exceptional video quality, intelligent detection features, and robust construction for reliable performance in various environments.
Key to its capabilities is 4K (8MP) Ultra HD resolution, providing incredibly sharp and detailed images, coupled with 24-hour Full-Colour monitoring for clear visuals even in low-light conditions. The camera boasts advanced AI Detection/Classification including People & Vehicle Analytics, Human & Vehicle Classification, and Smart Detection for intrusion, line-crossing, region entering/exiting, object abandonment/removal, loitering, and abnormal sound detection.
Its Smart Video Enhancement Technology further refines image quality. For active deterrence, it features Active Defense with two-way audio (built-in microphone with 5m range and audio input/output), message push, and audible warning/white light flashing.
Built for durability, it is IP67 waterproof and IK10 vandal-proof, operating reliably in extreme temperatures from -30?C to 60?C. The camera supports H.265+ compression technology for efficient video storage without sacrificing quality. Installation is flexible with a PoE (Power over Ethernet) enabled RJ45 port and options for ceiling or side-outlet cable routing. It has a 2.8mm fixed focal lens with a 110? horizontal FOV and offers Pan: 0? to 346?, Tilt: 0? to 75?, Rotation: 0? to 355?. Additionally, it includes an IR Cut Filter with 30m IR working distance for night vision and a MicroSD card slot (up to 512GB) for local storage.
