HP Remanufactured Ink
I have purchased these before and found that my HP printer wont allow me to use unless its genuine HP ink, What kind of support would you offer if they do not work once placed into my printer?
Many thanks for the message, firstly, these are presently compatible with the latest HP Firmware revision (as of the 30th of March 2021) - if/when HP do a firmware update, we do have some technical support we can provide in terms of firmware revisions and turning off updates if required.

Compatible cartridge recognised
Hi, Will your cartridges be recognised in the printer as I have had problems with other compatible cartridges where the chip will not allow them to work?
As of the 15/03/21 all of our cartridges have the latest electronic chips, so will be recognised. We would recommend ensuring that you turn off automatic updates to ensure that you're not prevented from using third party cartridges in the future.

Ink compatability
HP sales info suggests that using third party inks may not work, or could stop working on the HP Officejet Pro 8720 printer in the future. I suspect also when I receive this new printer they will include a warranty condition that will require me to use their inks. What do you say about these three issues?
I can confirm that these cartridges have been designed to work with the most recent version of HP firmware. We have confirmed compatibility with all of the printers listed on this page.
