The Poly EncorePro HW720 Wired Stereo Headset is a premium, high-performing headset designed specifically to deliver exceptional call quality and greater agent focus in demanding contact centre and office environments.

This binaural (two-ear) headset provides immersive stereo sound and features Passive Noise Cancellation for better reliability and productivity. It incorporates a Noise Cancelling, Omni-directional boom microphone to ensure accurate voice interactions by eliminating background chatter. 

The over-the-head and on-ear design features circumaural ear cushions for optimum comfort and improved noise isolation during prolonged use. Critically for busy offices, the headset uses a Quick Disconnect (QD) connector for easy, fast switching between desks or devices, while the generous cable length of 890 metres (89,000 cm) allows for plenty of movement around the workstation.
