The headset is constructed with a padded, fully adjustable sure-fit headband and soft 55mm leatherette ear cushions, ensuring a secure and plush fit for all-day use in busy environments such as customer care centres and technical support services.

Equipped with advanced Surround Shield noise-cancelling technology, the microphone effectively eliminates background noise to provide crystal-clear audio for the recipient. The ratchet-style boom arm ensures the microphone stays exactly where it is positioned, while the integrated Sound Shield Acoustic Shock Protection guards the user against sudden loud noises. 

Utilising a Quick Disconnect connection, the headset allows users to move away from their desks or place calls on hold without removing the device, provided it is paired with a compatible bottom lead for their specific telephone system.
