New cartridge blocked
I have purchased one of you remanufactured 903xl cartridges and installed it but wont print as it is blocked for not being an "official HP cartridge" what do I do to make it work?
Many thanks for the message, sadly HP do periodically update the firmware on the machine that take the 903XL cartridges which results in cartridges being rejected.
