Remanufactured Cartridges
Hi, Ive tried a few remanufactured cartridges in an HP Officejet Pro X476DW before and it wouldn't accept them. Will these definitely work?
Many thanks for getting in touch, HP have produced numerous firmware updates to prevent the usage of third party cartridges in the Officejet Pro X476DW, our current stock as of the 29th of June 2024 has the latest firmware chips, however, if there is ever an issue, we have ways around to deal with the problem and getting the 970xl and 971xl cartridges up and running - they are of course covered by our 3 year guarantee as well.
