What is the fade resistance guarantee?
I wish to guarantee my photos against fading.
These ink cartridges are filled with a simple dye based ink and sadly do not offer anything in terms of UV protection. I would personally recommend investing in an original Epson cartridge if longevity is a concern.

Compatibility?
If I purchase your equivalent cartridge T557 for my Epson PictureMate printer and it does not load because it is a non Epson cartridge, can I return it to you and get a refund?

after failing in getting this type of cartridge elsewhere i went with a compatible one & hoped for the best! The printer had been dormant for a while but after a couple of clean nozzles the printer cartridge produced amazing results! Thanks
