Ink Fading Hi some replacement inks fade after a while whereas original inks e.g. Epson Claria inks do not seem to fade. Do you know how much your inks fade over time and in light?1: Accepted AnswerThanks for the question, it is quite a common one we are asked and the truth is that compatible ink will fade much quicker than original ink - whilst the general composition of the ink is the same, you will find that Epson Durabrite ink for the 24XL cartridges does contain some chemicals to reduce fading, as such, we do generally recommend going for originals if you're looking for longevity of print or if you're printing for commercial reasons.

Multiple purchase At present the magenta is the only one needing replacement, but the photo black is getting low as well. Epson volume How much ink eg, ml is there in the colour cartridges you supply for the Epson 615/20/25 series? Quality of ink Please advise the difference between your replacement inks and the original Epson 1.volume 2 specification. Thank you1: Accepted AnswerThe type of ink however is different. Original cartridges generally use pigment based ink where as compatible/remanufactured cartridges generally use dye based ink. For everyday printing you wouldn't really notice the difference, it's mainly when producing high quality photos that you want to last a long time where you would.
