The Cobra AM655 8km 2-Way Adventure PMR Radio is a feature-rich and durable communication solution, ideal for demanding outdoor activities like hiking, camping, and biking. Sold as a pair, these radios ensure reliable, licence-free communication over a significant distance.

These adventure-ready radios operate on the PMR446 UHF/FM band and offer an extended range of up to 8km (subject to conditions). They provide clear communication across 16 channels combined with 121 privacy codes (38 CTCSS/83 DCS), offering a total of 1963 channel combinations to prevent interference. 

Crucially for outdoor use, they are water and weather resistant and feature hands-free VOX (Voice-Activated) transmission, allowing you to communicate without stopping what you are doing. Additional features include 5 selectable call tones to distinguish callers and a Roger Beep Confirmation tone. They come complete with rechargeable NiMH batteries and a Micro-USB cable.
