The Cisco Aironet 2802I-E-K9 Wi-Fi Access Point is a high-performance, enterprise-class access point (AP) designed to meet the extreme demands of high-density environments. This model (AIR-AP2802I-E-K9) is packed with advanced features to deliver exceptional speed, coverage, and network intelligence.

Utilising 802.11ac Wave 2 technology, the AP features 4x4 MU-MIMO (Multi-User Multiple-Input Multiple-Output) with three spatial streams, achieving a high connection rate of up to 2.6 Gbps per radio. A key innovation is Flexible Radio Assignment, which uses Software-Defined Radio (SDR) to automatically configure both radios for dual 5 GHz operation, effectively doubling capacity for more connected users and devices. 

The AP integrates HDX (High Density Experience) technology, including the award-winning CleanAir to mitigate interference and ClientLink to conserve mobile device battery life. Network management is enhanced through Application Visibility and Control (AVC) via NBAR deep-packet inspection and Radio Resource Management (RRM) for automated RF environment analysis and self-healing functionality.
