Quality
Does the cartridge actually work in the printer? Some compatible cartridges do not work. If if doesnt work do you offer a refund?
I'm pleased to say our cartridges, as of August the 8th, are of the most up to date firmware and as such, you shouldn't have any issues in your printer, although I would strongly advise turning off Automatic Firmware updates. If you do get any issues at all, we fully guarantee our cartridges so do get in touch.
