Will the cartridges work
The last time I purchased a black in cartridge my Brother printer would not accept them as they were non genuine cartridges. Can you guarantee they will work?
I can confirm that all of our current stock of compatible Brother LC121 and LC123 ink cartridges are the very latest firmware revision. As such they will be just fine for your printer.

Ink Compatability
Hi I have a brother MFC-J6520dw printer, I have tried many compatible cartridges and i am finding they don't work properly, the printer simply asks for the original inks. Have yours had any issues? Mick
Hi Mick, unfortunately Brother have had a knack of updating the firmware on printers such as the MFC-J6520dw which take these LC121/LC123 cartridges. I'm pleased to say our current stock include the latest chips compatible with this firmware - please contact us when you want to order so we can always ensure that the latest cartridges are being sent out for you.

Compatible
I brought a brother DCPj132W printer last year and I also brought some compatible ink cartridges from Amazon which does not work. I was wondering if your ink cartridges are compatible with the brother printer. Also I wanted to know your refund policy regarding none working ink cartridges. Thank you
The DCP-J132W printer has suffered a number of firmware updates from Brother that has prevented the use of several generations of compatible cartridges however to the best of our knowledge our current cartridges work on all current revisions of this machine. Of course, if they were to not function correctly we could take them back for a full refund and would provide a FREEPOST return address so that you didn't incur postage.

Compatibility with recently purchased printer
Hi, do you know if your cartridges will work with a Brother DCPJ132W printer bought in December 2014? Some people are reporting that compatible cartridges do not work as Brother have made a software change to reject the chips.
I can confirm that we stock both Version 1 and Version 2 cartridges, please contact us prior to or after ordering and we can ensure the correct cartridges are sent.

Reliability
Hi. I wondered how these cartridges compare to the genuine Brother cartridges...are they the same size and last the same amount of time and same quality print? Thanks
The cartridges are the same size although the design will differ slightly from originals. They hold the same amount of ink and you shouldn't notice a big difference in quality unless you are producing professional photographs that new to last for years. For everyday printing they are fantastic.

Ink volume
Are these 600 page or 1200 page cartridges?
These particular cartridges are designed to do 600 pages at the standard 5% page coverage, we also sell the LC125XL and LC127XL 1200 page cartridges for those printers which are compatible with those cartridges.

Capacity
Is this price for the set of four and what is the approximate expected yield on these
This price is for a set of four cartridges and the page yield is 600 pages @5% coverage.

MFCJ6520DW not recognising compatible cartridges
I have tried to use compatible cartridges from another supplier and the printer refuses to recognise them or register ink levels. Can you guarantee your cartridges will not give this problem.
We have no reason to believe that our cartridges would not work in your printer however we do of course guarantee every cartridge we sell 100% so would be happy to get you refunded should these cause an issue.

Started not to last as long, and printer now and again says no ink even thou there is a new cartridge in it

I’ve been buying cheap ink cartridges from Amazon for a while now, the quality of the printing has always been poor. I thought that the issue was my printer, I nearly bought another one, my Dad suggested I try Refresh cartridges. I’m so glad I did, the difference is amazing and I saved quite a bit of money not buying a new printer.

I’m very picky about printer ink and am very impressed. I’ll be getting all my ink from Refresh from now on. Also good to see far less wasteful plastic packaging than the branded version.

Cartridges not used yet, but I was puzzled that cartons are branded "Premium Ink Cartridges", not "Refresh".

Not tried them yet but if they are as good as the previous order for the same items they should be excellent.
