Darkness festers among the ruins of the Jade Abbey. The daemonic warlord Gelgus Pust seeks to corrupt the Everspring, a wondrous source of life-giving water hidden beneath the crumbling stronghold. Blessed with magical, restorative powers, the Everspring nurtures the surrounding lands-but Pust aims to poison it with the virulent gifts of his master, Nurgle, Lord of Plagues. Only a mismatched band of heroes and mercenaries stands between the Prince of Sores and his ultimate triumph. To stop him, they must traverse a land twisted and warped by Nurgle's malevolent will.
