This sizeable boxed set is ideal for beginning a new Death Korps of Krieg collection ??? or expanding an existing force ??? for use in games of Warhammer 40,000, offering a saving compared to purchasing the kits individually. This grinding, unshakeable army is commanded by a full Command Squad, led by a formidable Lord Commissar. The core of the force comprises adaptable Death Korps infantry, providing ample board control. They are supported by a specialist unit of Krieg Combat Engineers and two imposing Artillery Teams, ready to rain destruction upon your foes.

This boxed set builds 35 multipart plastic Astra Militarum miniatures:

• 7x Krieg Command Squad miniatures
• 2x Artillery Teams
• 5x Krieg Combat Engineers, plus 1x Remote Mine token
• 20x Death Korps of Krieg troopers

The miniatures in this set offer extensive customisation. The Lord Commissar can be equipped with either a plasma pistol or a whip, and a powerfist or a sheathed power sword paired with a pointing hand. One Veteran Guardsman may be assembled with a laspistol, bolt pistol, or plasma pistol, and armed with a chainsword, power weapon, or trench club. Another may carry a boltgun, plasma gun, meltagun, or grenade launcher, with two optional backpack accessories ??? grenades or grenade launcher ammunition. The remaining Veterans bear the regimental standard, master vox, and alchemyk counteragents. A range of cosmetic extras, including shovels, is also included to further personalise your models.

Each Artillery Team can be assembled as a heavy mortar, siege cannon, heavy quad launcher, or multiple rocket launcher, with additional aesthetic options for the crew.

Krieg Combat Engineers may each wield a combat shotgun, or an autopistol paired with a trench club. Alternatively, one may be equipped with a flamer and another with a remote mine controller. A Watchmaster can also be built, armed with a choice of bolt pistol, autopistol, plasma pistol, hand flamer, or combat shotgun, and a chainsword, power weapon, trench club, or grenade.

Up to two Death Korps troopers may be built as Watchmasters, each armed with a plasma pistol, laspistol, or bolt pistol, and a chainsword or power weapon. Up to two troopers may carry long-las rifles, two may field grenade launchers, two may wield flamers, and two may be equipped with meltaguns or plasma guns. Vox-operators can be assembled holding either binoculars or a grenade in their left hand, and up to two miniatures may carry medi-packs. A wealth of additional accessories is included, such as bayonets, pickaxes, pouches, grenades, and more.

Also included is a Death Korps of Krieg Transfer Sheet containing 803 high-quality waterslide transfers, covering infantry, vehicles, artillery, regiment and squad markings, Krieg lettering, and minefield symbols.

This kit contains 486 plastic components, 2x Citadel 130mm Round Bases, 1x Citadel 40mm Round Base, 1x Citadel 32mm Round Base, and 31x Citadel 25mm Round Bases. These miniatures require assembly and are supplied unpainted ??? we recommend using Citadel Plastic Glue and Citadel Colour paints.
