Warhammer 40,000 - Astra Militarum: Death Korps of KriegCitadel Miniatures

Forged in the crucible of endless siege warfare, the Death Korps of Krieg are among the most grimly resolute soldiers in the Astra Militarum. Their regiments hold the line under conditions that would break lesser troops, enduring any punishment the enemy can deliver with a fatalistic discipline bordering on religious fervour. More often than not, it is their foes who succumb first.

This multipart plastic kit builds ten Death Korps of Krieg troopers, armed with lasguns and fitted with the iconic gas masks that have become synonymous with Krieg`s infantry. Stoic, utilitarian, and ready for the worst the battlefield can offer, they are equally at home in the trenches as they are advancing into the teeth of the enemy.

The kit offers a strong range of build options for a squad of ten. One trooper can be assembled as a Watchmaster, carrying a chainsword or power weapon alongside a plasma pistol, laspistol, or bolt pistol. Specialist weapons are distributed across the unit, with options for a long-las sharpshooter, a flamer, a grenade launcher, and either a plasma gun or meltagun. The vox-operator can be built holding binoculars or a grenade, and one trooper can be equipped with a medi-pack. A generous selection of cosmetic accessories - bayonets, pickaxes, belt pouches, grenades, and more - allows for further personalisation across the squad.

The kit comprises 130 plastic components and ten Citadel 25mm Round Bases, and includes a Death Korps of Krieg Transfer Sheet containing 803 waterslide transfers. Miniatures require assembly and are supplied unpainted; Citadel Plastic Glue and Citadel Colour paints are recommended.
