Roy1: Accepted AnswerHi Roy, the cleaning fluid is best used when you find that the printhead is a bit clogged up and no ink is coming through, putting a small amount of the solution and then running a few prints should help to do this.

Canon MG3250 Is the universal colour refill compatible with this printer ? Do you tip all 3/4 colors in at once ?1: Accepted AnswerWhen refilling colour cartridges for this printer the colours must be injected individually. This cartridge has three distinct chambers (one for each colour). If you go to our blog and search for the code of your cartridge you should be able to find a guide and video.
