Problem with a Xerox Toner Cartridge or Drum Unit
My compatible wax stick is a different size to the Xerox original
It is quite normal that a Xerox compatible wax stick will be of a different size and shape to the original Xerox stick. This is because the exact shape is quite tightly protected by several Xerox patents and so altering it is the only way to legally offer a cheaper compatible replacement.
In some instances where the size and shape has to be radically altered you may even get a different number of wax sticks in the package to make up for any potential losses in the total volume of wax supplied.
