If a good quality of print is being produced by the printer but the colours yielded are inaccurate then it is likely that you need to instruct your printer to perform a colour calibration. 

 

Environmental differences or aging print cartridges potentially cause fluctuations in image density over time which the printer accounts for this with image stabilization control.  When you then change the cartridge or simply over time it is possible that the printer won't automatically account for this change and will continue using an old calibration profile which will result in an inaccuracy in colour. 

 

This can easily be overcome by performing a manual colour calibration however unfortunately the procedure for doing this does vary wildly from machine to machine so please contact us for further instructions specific to your printer.
