Problem with a Brother Toner Cartridge or Drum Unit

My Toner Cartridge is Damaged / Leaking

In this instance we wouldn't recommend any kind of troubleshooting and we would suggest not attempting to install the cartridge in to your printer.  Please contact us for a replacement.
