Why can't I log into the website to place an order?
There are several common reasons customers aren`t able to log in to the Refresh Cartridges site. Amongst the most common are the following:
Password entered incorrectly
Please try again or if you have forgotten your password please head to www.refreshcartridges.co.uk/password_forgotten.php to reset it.Incorrect capitalisation
Please bear in mind that passwords are case sensitive. For example `Password` is different to `password`.Non existent password
The password faciltiy was only introduced with the new website at the end of 2005 and many customers prior to this time assume that they set up a password when in fact they didn`t. If the last time you placed an order was in 2005 it is possible that you don`t actually have a password set up, in which case please either register again or choose to `checkout without registering`
