Absolutely; we know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet.
We use the most up to date revision of OS Commerce and the Protx payment module and when an order is placed all credit card numbers are send using 256 bit encryption directly to our PSP (Payment Service Provider) who then confirm the transaction with the issuing bank. At no point do we see any card details and additionally they are never stored on our database. The most information anyone at Refresh Cartridges will ever have access to is the authorisation code along with other security information such as whether the delivery address matches the billing address which we use for fraud prevention purposes.
If you are in any doubt about our credentials then Google Checkout is also available as a payment method. By choosing this payment method Google will act as a third party to the transaction; you will be billed by Google who will then in turn forward the order and money on to us. This is an industry recognised program which ensures that your card details will always be kept secure whenever you deal with a Google Checkout merchant.
