When I inserted the cartridges I got an error message saying they were "not compatible".
I tried removing and reinserting them, but got the same message.

On 29 October I sent an email to you at "info@refreshcartidges.co.uk" explaining the problem and asking for advice, but got no reply.

I have had cartridges from you before and have been satisfied with them, but I won't use you again unless you can rectify this problem.

I would have said 4 or 5 but I had so much trouble getting the cartridges to work 3 had to be exchanged, but the last ones are VERY good indeed.
After having to keep trying the cartridges that were sent it obviously reduced the BLACK capacity

Just had to put your new cartridge in my printer, and it worked ok after you mentioned to hold the Stop/Resume button down for 5 seconds.
I am really satisfied with your cartridges so far so you will hear from me again when I need some more.

Install was a breeze and quality of ink is very good for price paid. Of particular satisfaction is the it recognised the cartridges with no issues such as 'low ink' or 'unknown cartridge'. I'm buying the exact same cartridges the next time they need replaced.

I think your service is excellent, but I haven't had time to install the inks yet! The approach to Christmas is such a busy time, my hobby has to take a back seat. But I will review these inks as soon as I have a chance to use them, Sorry!!

Have problems with the printer recognising the colour cartridge. It will not show the 'level' of ink, although it seems to work ok, but I will never know how much ink is left. The black cartridge seems to be ok.

I inserted the colour cartridge in my printer and I was amazed that it printed the very first sheet perfectly! I was also very pleased with the colour quality in photographs. I will certainly use Refresh again.

Excellent. Particularly like the fact that the ink content shows which has not happened with other remanufactured cartridges. Ink quality is excellent. Will certainly nly buy again. Thsnk you.

I placed a further order when previous supply of inks, which produced high quality and quantity prints, ran low. Very pleased indeed.

The cartridges are excellent, as was the telephone advice I was given after getting in a muddle with my printer’s settings.

Cartridges work fine. Printer initially said low on ink but I think that was the Canon software slow in getting ip to date.

So far so good. Easily fitted and both worked on start up. Good print reproduction. Let's see how many pages I get.

Liked canon ink status graphic indicated the ink usage, other replacement cartridge makes don't always show this.

Happy with print quality. No ink levels though but accept that with remanufactured. cheaper than the Canon ones

Cartridges are on the shelf, awaiting exhaustion of current items, so cannot comment further at present.

I tried the cartridges right away (just in case) in my Canon MG3250 and they seem to be absolutely fine.

Brilliant! Saved so much money on these with no loss of quality. Will stick with these from now on.

Initial black cartridge faulty, replacement sent without hassle was perfect
