How do I reset my password?

If you have forgotten your password or or are having trouble logging into your account with us then please click here to reset your password. You will be sent a new password immediately that can then be changed to one of your choosing.

If for whatever reason you don’t receive a replacement password, then please check your spam filter as it is possible that our automated password reminder is being blocked, either by your mail software or ISP. Should you continue to have problems please don’t hesitate to contact us either by phone or email to have it reset manually.

Please note that if you have previously made an order with us and opted to “Proceed Directly to Checkout” or paid by an alternate method like PayPal or Google Checkout rather than creating an account then you will not have had an e-mail address and password set up on our system.
